We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, situated at Grandview mall in a good area with plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, and three metro stations within a 5-minute walk. The convenience of having everything we needed right at our doorstep was truly a luxury.

The apartment was spacious and provided everything I needed for my business trip. the amazing view from the huge window was a plus! the location was convenient with shopping places and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and they did their best to communicate despite the language barrier.

The communication was challenging as only one staff member spoke English. It would have been better if more staff members spoke English.

There were a few negative points that detracted from our experience. The wifi was slow at times, which was frustrating when we needed to stay connected.

Great location near shopping center, Tianhe stadium, and transportation. Clean rooms with high ceilings and fantastic views. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in showers. Staff provides shuttles to Canton fair.

The apartment was conveniently located near the metro station and right next to a shopping center. the room was spacious and had a nice view. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the apartment had useful facilities such as a washing machine and refrigerator.

Some of the facilities like the air conditioning and microwave were not working properly, which made the stay uncomfortable at times.
